Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Fresh Produce Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit and vegetables, we do not accept returns on fresh produce once it has been delivered or collected, unless the items are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Spoiled

  • Missing

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To help us assess the issue, we may ask for:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Photos of the affected items (where possible)
     

3. Refunds
Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us
     

4. Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement item with your next delivery

  • A partial or full refund

  • Store credit (if agreed with the customer)
     

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible due to product freshness.


6. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure that:

  • Delivery details are accurate

  • Someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time

We cannot accept responsibility for spoilage due to missed deliveries or incorrect address details.
